Victoria Care Center truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, the facility feels warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents and families they serve. You can tell they take pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment.

The nurses and caregivers were patient, responsive, and treated everyone with dignity and respect. The building itself is beautifully maintained, with a calm atmosphere that immediately gives peace of mind. Communication with staff was always professional and reassuring, which made a huge difference during a stressful time for our family.

It is rare to find a care center that combines professionalism with such heartfelt care. Victoria Care Center stands out because the team truly treats residents like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the Baldwin Park area.

My grandma stayed at Victoria Care Center to complete her IV antibiotics and rehab after having a stroke. It’s a small facility compared to previous facilities she was previously at. We highly recommend Victoria Care Center. The nurses and rehab team were all very helpful and supportive during this difficult times. We highly recommend this facility, they really care for their patients and everyone was very respectful and always willing to help.

We decided to place our Grandma in this facility after doing some research on Medicare Star ratings. My grandma was at This facility for approximately three months. The staff at Victoria Care Center were very welcoming and made my grandma feel at home. She loves the physical therapy team and wound care nurse. The facility itself is going through a lot of renovations; we noticed the paint was changed a week after we arrived. Me and my family liked how clean the facility was and her room was always organized by the CNAs. My grandma cried when she had to be discharged from the facility. The amount of help and care she got was beyond what we expected.

The staff was great the food was very good the facility was clean and very well maintain.

Vickie and her team were so so caring, loving, attentive, and professional. Every single person nurse’s assistant, nurses, serving crew, cleaning crew. We are so grateful to you all.

I am so impressed with Victoria Care Center! Never in a million years would I think to give a 5 star rating to a  skilled nursing facility. But, here I am giving a very honest review. A very dear friend whom I was a caregiver for has been at Victoria Care Center for almost a whole year now since this pandemic began. I get the pleasure of visiting her through the window and we converse easily. The improvement I have seen is simply amazing! She has never looked so healthy. When Global Home Hospice assisted her placement there a year a year ago she simply couldn’t walk without falling. She was 90 lbs. and her health declining rapidly. Did they nurse her back to health? Yes! They most certainly did!  I have been a caregiver for many over the years and have been to many care facilities. Never have I seen anything remotely close to the quality of care I see here. Thank you Melida for all you’ve helped me with. And, to the wonderful nurses and staff!  You  have warmed my heart. I recently asked Global to assist with placement of another patient as her sister came to me for help. The staff did an amazing job in getting her there and in just a few weeks Ian already seeing improvement. This place is impeccably clean and they are all very diligent in protecting and caring for their patients. And believe it or not, I hear the food is really good. I strongly advise making Victoria Care Center your first choice when skilled nursing is recommended for you or anyone you care about.

When I first called Victoria Care Center I spoke with Cathy she was very caring and supportive she answered all my questions. When I went to the facility to get a tour, as I walked in I saw that the facility was very clean. Cathy was very warm and caring and gave me a great tour of the facility the staff was very welcoming and caring, the patients looked happy I was very impressed. My sister now is a patient at Victoria Care Center she receives Excellent care. My sister is happy here  and I highly recommend Victoria Care Center for your loved one.

Victoria Care center place is wonderful!!!! I got to tour the facility, smell very clean and place is very tidy. All the patient look happy and content. the staff is very nice here.

My mom has been at Victoria Care Center for a while now due to age related issues.  Usually “care centers” have odor, noise and staff issues.  This is a very well run facility with a “spot on” staff in a safe and clean environment.
